What is Sundae (순대)?
Pronounced "soon-dae" (Not like icecream sundae!) it is a type of Korean sausage and very very popular street food! It is a very common sight at street food stalls, and it is a pig intestine blood sausage stuffed with noodles, vegetables, and spices!
Sundae can be served steamed, stir fried, or even broiled in stews and soups! While you can get it anywhere in South Korea, we thought we could share Seoul's famous Sundae town for you to visit!
